Senai trail...this is a great training trail for up slope as it has a few different degree level of slope...
Terrain and area cover with hard rock...hard soil....and mostly are palm oil plantation...
This is a fun trail as well as it has a few fast track...hit average speed about 30-40km/h without pedalling...
The last but not least is the crazy downhill....which is a MUST GO AT FULL SPEED....NO BRAKE....rush all the way down...this is the reward for all the climbing...
