Guide for uploading picture into forum

Dear Members,

Here is a simple guide to upload the picture into the forum for sharing. There will be an advanced version for those who like to upload HR (High Resolution) picture. This simple guide only able to upload up to certain size due to the storage space limitation and maintenance issues.
